Everything in the Western Obsession shop is made to order by our print partner and shipped direct. Here is exactly what to expect.
Shipping
Rates (United States): $6.99 flat for hats, caps and apparel. $9.99 flat for hoodies and sweatshirts. Rates are per order, so adding a second hat does not add shipping.
Production time: 2–7 business days. Each item is printed or embroidered after you order — we do not hold stock.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days after production, by USPS or UPS depending on the item. Most US orders land in 7–12 business days total.
Where we ship: United States only at this time.
Digital products: our hunting guides and cookbook are instant downloads. No shipping, no wait.
Returns and Replacements
Because every item is printed for you specifically, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order.
If it arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we replace it free. Email kurt@westernobsessionstv.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to ship the original back.
Lost in transit: if your tracking stops moving or the package never arrives, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace the order.
Wrong address: if an order is returned to us because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, we can reship it once you cover shipping again. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Digital Products
Downloadable guides and cookbooks are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered. If a file will not open or download, email us and we will fix it.
Sweepstakes and Giveaway Entries
Sweepstakes entry purchases are final and non-refundable. See the Official Rules for each drawing for full terms.
Hunting Trips
This page covers shop merchandise only. Booked hunts are governed by your signed trip contract and the outfitter’s cancellation terms, not by this policy.
