- Your trip is provided by a third-party outfitter, not directly by Western Obsessions.
- Each outfitter has their own cancellation, refund, and liability policies. These will be provided to you before you finalize your booking.
- Western Obsessions is not liable for the actions, omissions, or negligence of any outfitter or guide.
- Hunting and fishing involve inherent risks including injury or death. By booking a trip, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Deposit and payment terms vary by outfitter and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Shop Purchases
Products purchased through our online shop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse any order. Digital products (guides, downloads) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed. For physical products, contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
