2. Description of Services
Western Obsession LLC operates as a booking broker for guided hunting trips across the United States. We connect hunters with independent outfitters and guide services. Western Obsession is not the outfitter, guide, or hunt operator. We facilitate the booking process, collect deposits, and coordinate logistics between the hunter and the outfitter.
All guided hunts are conducted by independent, licensed outfitters. Western Obsession does not own, operate, or control the outfitters, their staff, their equipment, or the hunting experience itself. The outfitter is solely responsible for the conduct and safety of the hunt.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
When you book a guided hunting trip through Western Obsession:
- A 50% deposit is collected by Western Obsession at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining 50% balance is paid directly to the outfitter, typically prior to or upon arrival for your hunt. Payment terms for the balance are set by the outfitter.
- Deposit payments are processed through our booking system. By submitting payment, you authorize Western Obsession to charge the amount specified.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund policies vary by outfitter. In general:
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the specific outfitter’s cancellation policy.
- If you need to cancel a booked trip, contact us as soon as possible at kurt@westernobsessionstv.com. We will work with the outfitter on your behalf, but refund decisions are ultimately subject to the outfitter’s policy.
- Western Obsession is not responsible for refunding deposits if the outfitter’s policy does not allow it.
- Trip cancellations by the outfitter due to weather, regulations, or other circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis between the hunter, the outfitter, and Western Obsession.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By submitting an inquiry through our website forms, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, or any other lead form, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Western Obsession regarding guided hunting trips, booking follow-ups, and related services.

Western Obsession LLC acts solely as a booking broker. We are not the outfitter, guide, or operator of any hunting trip. As such:
- Western Obsession is not liable for any injury, illness, death, property damage, loss, or any other harm that occurs during, before, or after a guided hunting trip.
- Western Obsession is not responsible for the actions, omissions, negligence, or conduct of any outfitter, guide, or third-party service provider.
- Western Obsession makes no guarantees regarding hunt success, animal harvest, weather conditions, or the quality of the outfitter’s services.
- Western Obsession is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or participation in any hunting trip.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of the deposit paid to Western Obsession for the specific trip in question.
By booking a trip through Western Obsession, you acknowledge the inherent risks of hunting and outdoor activities and assume all responsibility for your participation.
8. Assumption of Risk
Hunting and outdoor activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, animal encounters, extreme weather, rough terrain, firearm hazards, and other dangers. By booking a trip through Western Obsession, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the hunting trip and related travel. You agree to follow all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines while on your trip.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and design elements, is the property of Western Obsession LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission from Western Obsession LLC.
The Western Obsession name, WOTV brand, Hunt Adventures brand, and associated logos are trademarks of Western Obsession LLC.
10. User Conduct
