WO Trip Protection — Rebooking Guarantee
Western Obsessions Hunt Adventures offers WO Trip Protection, a rebooking guarantee available for purchase at the time of booking. WO Trip Protection is a service guarantee provided by Western Obsessions Hunt Adventures and is not an insurance product.
Cost
A one-time, non-refundable fee of 5% of the total trip cost (minimum $250), due at the time of booking.
What It Covers
If a Covered Event prevents your trip from occurring, we will rebook you on a comparable trip (same species, similar quality) at no additional cost within 12 months of the original trip date.
Covered Events include:
- Outfitter cancellation
- Outfitter closure or loss of operating license
- Natural disaster rendering the hunt area inaccessible (wildfire, flood, etc.)
- Government-mandated area closure
- State or federal cancellation of the hunting season in the designated area
What It Does Not Cover
- Cancellations initiated by the client
- Medical emergencies
- Travel disruptions
- Weather conditions that do not result in trip cancellation
- Failure to obtain required licenses or tags
- Unfavorable hunting conditions
Rebooking Terms
- The Company selects the replacement trip (same species, comparable quality)
- Rebooking must occur within 12 months of the original trip date
- If no comparable trip is available within 12 months, the Company will issue a trip credit equal to the original trip value
Important Details
- WO Trip Protection is non-refundable — the fee is not returned under any circumstances
- WO Trip Protection is non-transferable — it does not carry over to a rebooked trip
- WO Trip Protection does not replace travel insurance — we recommend obtaining separate travel and medical evacuation coverage for personal medical emergencies, flight cancellations, lost baggage, and similar travel-related disruptions
