Hunt trophy-class mule deer on over 15,000 acres of private land in southwest Colorado’s GMU 75. Much of this property borders the Southern Ute Indian Reservation, which does not allow non-tribal members to hunt. This creates an exceptional sanctuary effect, producing mule deer over 170 inches and better-than-average elk quality year after year.
This hunt is not physically demanding. Most hunting is conducted from pickups and UTVs across rolling terrain, making it accessible to hunters of all fitness levels — including disabled hunters. Guides focus on glassing and spot-and-stalk opportunities, using blinds and stands where terrain dictates.
Elk hunting is also available on the same property, with guides targeting 5×5 and 6×6 bulls. A combo elk and mule deer hunt is available for hunters who want to maximize their time on this exceptional private ground.
Lodging is included on-site, and airport pickup from Durango, Colorado is provided. This is a true turnkey hunting experience on some of the best private land southwest Colorado has to offer.
