WO DREAM HUNTS SWEEPSTAKES — APRIL 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The WO Dream Hunts Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States of America and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, and excluding Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions. Void where prohibited by law.
Entrants must possess a valid hunter safety number and/or valid hunting license, or be eligible to obtain a hunting license in the state where the prize hunt will take place.
Employees, officers, directors, and members of Western Obsession LLC (“Sponsor”), any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate of Sponsor, any outfitter or guide service providing the prize hunt, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
By entering, each entrant represents and warrants that he or she meets all eligibility requirements set forth herein.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Mountain Time on April 5, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on July 4, 2026, or when all available entries for a given Draw have been sold, whichever occurs first (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period shall not exceed ninety (90) days from the start date.
All entries must be received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
Early Close: If the maximum number of entries (500) for any individual Draw is reached before July 4, 2026, that Draw will close to new entries immediately. The other Draw(s) will remain open until their own entry cap is reached or July 4, 2026, whichever comes first.
Extension or Cancellation: If, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, insufficient entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may: (a) conduct the drawing as scheduled; (b) extend the Sweepstakes Period by up to thirty (30) additional days; or (c) cancel the Sweepstakes and issue full refunds of all entry purchase payments within fourteen (14) business days. Sponsor is not required to publish a minimum entry threshold. This provision applies independently to each Draw.
4. DRAWS AND PRIZES
This Sweepstakes consists of two (2) separate and independent prize drawings (“Draws”). Each Draw has its own prize, entry pricing, entry cap, and winner. Entrants may enter one or both Draws.
Draw 1: WO Dream Elk Hunt
One (1) Prize: 5-Day Guided Colorado Elk Hunt Package for One (1) Hunter.
The prize includes: lodging, meals, guided hunt services, and Colorado elk hunting license and tags (non-resident). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,500.00 USD ($7,500.00 hunt package + $1,000.00 tags/license).
Draw 2: WO Dream Whitetail Hunt
One (1) Prize: 5-Day Semi-Guided Kansas Whitetail Hunt Package for One (1) Hunter.
The prize includes: lodging, meals, semi-guided hunt services, and Kansas whitetail hunting license and tags (non-resident). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $6,200.00 USD ($5,750.00 hunt package + $450.00 tags/license).
Prize Conditions (Both Draws)
The following are NOT included in either prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner: airfare or transportation to and from the hunt location, gratuities, taxidermy, meat processing, travel insurance, and any other expenses not specifically listed as included above.
Each prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or any portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to outfitter cancellation, scheduling conflict, or force majeure.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The actual value of a prize may differ from the stated ARV. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
Limit: One (1) prize per person and per household per Draw. A single entrant may win one prize from each Draw if entered in both.
5. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning each Draw depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Draw during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) prize will be awarded per Draw from among all eligible entries received for that Draw. The maximum number of entries per Draw is 500, meaning the minimum odds of winning any single Draw are 1 in 500 (assuming maximum entries and no multi-entry packages).
6. HOW TO ENTER
There are two (2) methods of entry for each Draw. All entry methods provide equal chances of winning. Each individual entry, regardless of method, has an identical chance of being selected in the drawing for the applicable Draw.
Method 1: Online Entry Purchase
Visit [westernobsessionstv.com/dream-hunts] during the Sweepstakes Period. Select the Draw you wish to enter, choose an entry package, and complete the checkout process.

Upon successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique entry number(s) and the Draw(s) in which you are entered. All entry purchases are final and non-refundable, except as provided in Section 3 (Extension or Cancellation).
Method 2: Free Email Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, send an email to sweepstakes@westernobsessionstv.com during the Sweepstakes Period with the following information:
- Subject line: “WO Dream Hunt Free Entry — [DRAW NAME]”
- Use “WO Dream Elk Hunt” or “WO Dream Whitetail Hunt” to indicate which Draw you are entering. To enter both Draws, send two separate emails.
- Body of email must include:
- Your full legal name (first and last)
- Complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Email address
- Phone number (with area code)
- Date of birth
- Hunter safety number and issuing state (or statement of eligibility)
Limit: One (1) free email entry per person, per Draw, per calendar week during the Sweepstakes Period. Free email entries are subject to the same per-person maximum as all other entry methods (see Entry Limits below).
Incomplete, illegible, or duplicate email entries will be deemed void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable email.
Entry Limits
Maximum of fifty (50) entries per person, per household, and per email address per Draw during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. This limit applies independently to each Draw and to the combined total of all paid entries and free email entries for that Draw. Any entries received in excess of fifty (50) per Draw will be void and will not be included in the drawing.
Maximum of five hundred (500) total entries per Draw. Once 500 entries have been received for a Draw (across all entrants and all entry methods), that Draw is closed to new entries.
Free entries are subject to the same per-person maximum as paid entries. Each individual entry — whether obtained by purchase or email — has an identical and equal chance of being selected in the drawing for the applicable Draw.
7. DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION
Each Draw will have a separate drawing conducted on or about July 7, 2026, or within five (5) business days of the applicable Draw reaching its 500-entry cap, whichever occurs first. If the Sweepstakes Period is extended pursuant to Section 3, the drawing date will be adjusted accordingly.
The winner of each Draw will be selected by random drawing using a certified random number generator (random.org). Each drawing will be documented by screen recording and conducted in the presence of at least one (1) independent witness who is not an employee, officer, or family member of Sponsor.
Each drawing is final. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, including the selection of the winners, are final and binding in all matters.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner of each Draw will be notified by telephone and/or email within seventy-two (72) hours of the applicable drawing. Each potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt.
Before being declared the official winner, each potential winner must execute and return to Sponsor, within fourteen (14) days of receipt, all of the following:
- Affidavit of Eligibility — confirming compliance with these Official Rules and all eligibility requirements
- IRS Form W-9 — required for prizes valued at $2,000 or more (per 2026 IRS requirements)
- Liability and Assumption of Risk Release — releasing Sponsor, the outfitter, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims arising from the Sweepstakes and/or the prize hunt
- Hunt-Specific Acknowledgment — acknowledging the winner’s obligation to obtain any additional required permits, meet physical requirements, carry health insurance, and comply with outfitter rules
If a potential winner (a) does not respond within the seven (7) day response period; (b) fails to execute and return all required documents within the fourteen (14) day document period; (c) is found to be ineligible; (d) declines the prize; or (e) any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries for that Draw. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate winners per Draw. If no eligible winner is identified after three (3) alternate drawings, the prize for that Draw may go unawarded at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, video, statements, and biographical information in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s business, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.
Winner’s acceptance of the prize constitutes consent to the above. This release is provided as a separate acknowledgment and is not a condition of receiving the prize in states where such a condition is prohibited by law.
10. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, assessments, and other costs associated with the receipt and use of any prize, including but not limited to income taxes on the fair market value of the prize.
For prizes valued at $2,000.00 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner, reporting the fair market value of the prize as “Other income” (Box 3). The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize will be awarded. If the winner fails or refuses to provide a completed W-9, the prize will be forfeited.
11. HUNT-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
The winner of each Draw must meet the following conditions to participate in the applicable prize hunt:
- Hunting License and Tags: The prize includes the cost of the applicable state hunting license and tags. Sponsor will provide reimbursement or direct payment for the required license and tags for the winner. If the winner is unable to obtain the required license or tags for any reason (including but not limited to failed draw applications, legal disqualification, or residency issues), the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Any additional permits, stamps, or fees beyond the primary license and tags described in Section 4 are the winner’s sole responsibility.
- Physical Fitness: The winner acknowledges that hunting involves strenuous physical activity and inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, and death. The winner represents that he or she is in adequate physical condition to safely participate in the prize hunt and has disclosed any medical conditions to Sponsor and the outfitter.
- Health Insurance: The winner must carry adequate personal health insurance to cover any injuries sustained during the prize hunt. Proof of insurance may be required.
- Compliance with Outfitter Rules: The winner must execute any safety waivers, liability agreements, or other documents required by the outfitter. The winner must comply with all rules, instructions, and directions provided by the outfitter and its guides. Failure to comply may result in removal from the hunt with no compensation or substitution.
- Scheduling: The prize hunt must be completed within twenty-four (24) months of the drawing date, subject to outfitter availability and applicable hunting seasons. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preferred dates but cannot guarantee specific dates. Because prize hunts are scheduled around the availability of independent outfitters and the timing of legal hunting seasons, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, extend the redemption period beyond twenty-four (24) months to secure suitable dates with an outfitter. If, after good-faith efforts, the winner and Sponsor cannot agree on mutually acceptable dates, or the winner is unable or unwilling to hunt within the dates offered, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, (a) substitute a prize of equal or greater value, or (b) deem the prize forfeited.
- Companion Hunter: The prize is for one (1) hunter only. The winner may arrange for a companion hunter to join the trip at the companion’s own expense by booking directly through Sponsor or the outfitter at prevailing retail rates. The companion is not considered a prize winner for tax purposes. The companion must meet all licensing requirements, sign all required liability and assumption of risk documents, and obtain all required licenses and tags at the companion’s own expense.
12. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, any prize hunt outfitter, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity;
(b) Acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of any prize;
(c) Personal injury (including death), property damage, or loss of any kind arising from or in connection with the prize hunt;
(d) Travel to and from the prize hunt location;
(e) Any act, omission, or negligence of the outfitter, its guides, employees, or agents;
(f) Any technical malfunctions, failures, or errors in connection with the Sweepstakes;
(g) Any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.
By entering, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims brought by or on behalf of the entrant.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
(a) Compliance: By entering, each entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
(b) Disputes — Online Entries: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” means the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.
(c) Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who Sponsor determines or suspects has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, fraud, or any other unfair practices, or who violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may void all entries of a disqualified entrant.
(d) Cancellation/Modification: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select the winner(s) from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, or may issue full refunds as described in Section 3.
(e) Technical Limitations: Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) electronic transmission errors or delays; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; (iii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer hardware or software, servers, providers, or equipment; (iv) traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; (v) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (vi) any injury or damage to any person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
(f) No Class Action: Any dispute between the parties involving the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action or consolidated proceeding. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Colorado for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes.
15. PRIVACY
Entrant information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [westernobsessionstv.com/privacy-policy]. Information collected from entrants may be used by Sponsor for purposes of Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, and future marketing communications. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entries to third parties.
By entering, each entrant consents to the collection and use of his or her personal information as described herein and in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting Sponsor directly.
16. PRECEDENCE
In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any information set forth on Sponsor’s website, in any advertising, promotional, or marketing materials, or in any other Sweepstakes-related communications, the provisions of these Official Rules shall prevail.
17. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook), Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, entrants agree that Meta, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and any other social media platform bear no responsibility or liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.
18. WINNERS LIST AND RULES REQUEST
For the name(s) of the winner(s), send an email to sweepstakes@westernobsessionstv.com with the subject line “WO Dream Hunts — Winners List Request.” Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the drawing date.
